1. Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You have full access to your plan's features during the trial. If you decide CronoCita is not right for you, simply do nothing — your account will become inactive after the trial with no charge.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with CronoCita for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first successful payment. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hola@okt.io with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your CronoCita account.
  3. We will confirm your request within 1 business day and initiate the refund.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal (accessible from the "Billing" section in CronoCita). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain full access until that date.

Cancellation after the 30-day money-back window does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, but you will not be billed for future periods.

4. Exceptions — When Refunds Do Not Apply

  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after the first charge.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests citing reasons outside CronoCita's control (e.g., Twilio or Meta WhatsApp outages affecting message delivery).

5. Service Credits for Downtime

If CronoCita experiences confirmed platform downtime of more than 24 continuous hours in a single billing period, we will credit your account with a prorated amount for each full day of downtime. Credits are applied to your next invoice and are not redeemable for cash.
