By creating an account or using CronoCita ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using CronoCita on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CronoCita is a multi-tenant, cloud-based appointment scheduling platform that enables businesses ("Organizations") to manage providers, services, availability, and customer appointments. CronoCita automatically sends WhatsApp notifications (via Twilio) and email notifications (via Resend) for appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
CronoCita offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for collecting and remitting taxes. Your invoice will be issued by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your first paid charge. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice by email.
If your organization exceeds the monthly appointment limit for your plan, creation of new appointments will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. You will be notified by email when you approach 80% of your limit.
You agree not to use CronoCita to:
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into CronoCita, including your customers' data. By using the Service, you grant CronoCita a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to enter your customers' personal data into CronoCita.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service. However, CronoCita does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. WhatsApp notification delivery is subject to Twilio's availability and Meta's policies.
CronoCita and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by CronoCita and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service's code or design without written permission. You retain all intellectual property rights in your own data.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing portal. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. CronoCita may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, with written notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CronoCita's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. CronoCita is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data. CronoCita is not responsible for failed WhatsApp message deliveries due to Twilio or Meta outages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Panama City, Panama.
